“ An Arthur Avenue mainstay that's well worth a visit for its fine dining and customer service. Enjoy!! ”
“ Food was delicious, service attentive, and wonderful family style ambience! We truly enjoy dining at Dominick's restaurant after shopping on Arthur Avenue! ”
“ Bare bones atmosphere with friendly staff and delicious food. The baked clams were fabulous and the chicken scarpariello doesn't look impressive but looks are deceiving! The sausage was so fresh with a nice amount of heat. Luckily we didn't have to wait for a table but we had to run to the ATM as it's cash only. ”
“ Everything was well done but nothing was unbelievably flavorful. We had calamari, stuffed shells, and ziti with vodka sauce. This is an all cash joint and very basic Italian! ”
“ One of many Arthur Anderson Ave Italian restaurants in the original Little Italy in North Bronx. First time visiting and it was a winner. For appetizers, we ordered stuffed artichokes and stuffed clams. The artichoke was okay, but the clams were delicious! We also ordered linguini and clams, chicken parmesan over linguine, and a side order of meatballs (2 for $6). The chicken parmesan, linguini, and meatballs were all great. One of my two companions would not share the linguini and clams, but he gave it 5 stars and did not leave a bite behind. The ambiance is old-school Italian with shared rows of tables covered with thick burgundy vinyl tablecloths. There are many tables of 6 and 8, so if you want to eat at your own table you can visit with a group. We were a party of 3, so our table was pushed together with a party of 4, but it was fine. Each party had their own bread, condiments, etc. We were so hungry that we did not spare time to take pictures of our food! But it looked good and tasted good. I will take more pictures next time.:) We did not try dessert, because we visited for lunch. All of the above plus two glasses of Pellegrino totaled $100 for 3 people. Very reasonable. Cash-only establishment. ”
